Part Mod-Sin Izakaya, part underground lounge, The KongSee serves Mod-Sin cuisine guided by a respect for the local terroir, old-new stories, and evolving experiences. It is helmed by Chef Partner, Willin Low, who marshals the kitchen and leads the menu design. The Mod-Sin cuisine pioneer who fought to reinvigotate Singapore’s food culture, Willin is best known for delivering “a homespun but defiantly modern and imaginative cooking”

The Brewers from Able and Civilisation will be at the event for us to find out more about their beers and brewing. Awaiting confirmation from OffDay and Niang Brewing.

We have 15 CBA members who have indicated their attendance so far and KongSee will let us hold the session in the private lounge area. 

We are also encouraging CBA members who come by to get a beer-loving mate/spouse to join in and get to know our Club.
