Member Catch-up @Kult Yard (27 June 22)

As the sun was setting on yet another warm Wednesday evening, our thirsty members descended upon the idyllic Kult Yard located at the top of Pearl’s Hill Terrace in the heart of Chinatown, to catch up and chug a few cold ones!

After a 2.5-year hiatus, it was a treat just to hang out with like-minded kakis and meet new ones at our partner venue. It was a privilege also to meet members who were with the club for more than 10 years with great memories of the club to share.

Inspired after a few rounds, creative conversations and ideas flowed ~ bring back the Ho Chih Minh Craft Beer trip, more regular member catch-ups, brewing a Pumpkin Ale, joining up with partners who conduct beer appreciation events, having events that may involve our better halves (instead of a pure girls night-out/ boys night-out). It is amazing what a few rounds of beer can do!

to everyone who came down to the AGM and contributed to a very lively discussion of ideas to bring the Club forward in this new normal.

We are excited to lead CBA for the next year with the following objectives:

• Re-Launch: Mini-series of social events to re-engage our community of members, partners and homebrewers.

• Refresh: Members have left us in the last 2.5 years and we hope to get new members to join the club as we build back better!

Moving the Club forward from the challenging last 2.5 years is a must, and no less a challenging task. We ask for members’ and partners’ support as we try our best!
